MODEL No: MAC2300
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
Read operating instructions before use.
Suitable for 12Volt operation only.
 DO NOT leave the unit unattended while in operation.
Check capacity and maximum inflation pressure of inflatable
before commencing inflation.
Monitor the pressure gauge while in operation.
The gauge should be used as an indication of pressure only.
We recommend the use of a dial pressure gauge for definitive
reading.
Locate compressor on an appropriate surface for use.
WARNING! This compressor is capable of producing a high
pressure. DO NOT inflate any item beyond its maximum
capacity.
The 12volt cigarette lighter plug must not be substituted with
any other type of plug or electrical supply.
 DO NOT direct inflation hose connector head at yourself,
others or animals.

2. INTRODUCTION & SPECIFICATION
3. OPERATION
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS. USE THIS
PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY,
AND WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY. KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.
 WARNING! Ensure you have read and understood the
safety instructions.
3.1. Place the compressor on a sound, flat surface ensuring that
the inflation air hose can reach the tyre valve.
3.2. Push the universal quick-connector fully onto the inflation valve
stem, and lock with the connector lever.
IMPORTANT: Inflation will only be effective if the connector
head is fully fitted and locked onto the valve.
3.3. Check the pressure gauge to determine the amount of
pressure already in the tyre. The gauge can be used without
switching the unit on. We recommend however the use of a
dial pressure gauge for a definitive reading.
3.4. Check that the compressor on/off switch is in the off position
and plug the compressor into the vehicle accessory socket.
3.5. Switch the compressor on. View the pressure gauge to
determine when the correct pressure has been achieved.
3.6. Switch the compressor off to stop the supply of air.
3.7. Unlock and remove the quick-connector from the inflation
valve, ensuring you do not lose any air in the process.
Replace the dust cap onto the valve. When you have finished
using the compressor, disconnect it from the vehicle accessory
socket and store it in a safe, dry location.
3.8. General Information.
To inflate a completely flat tyre, there must not be any weight
on it. A vehicle must therefore be jacked up to take the weight
off of the tyre.
The time it will take to inflate a tyre will depend upon the
amount of air required.
Should the compressor fail to start when switched on, check
that the vehicle accessory socket is working correctly.
NOTE: The compressor may also be used to inflate items
such as inflatable dinghies, sports balls, air beds etc. Use the
appropriate inflation nozzle for the item.
CAUTION: Some items may not indicate pressure required or the
maximum pressure. Be careful not to over-inflate.
NOTE: The pressure gauge is not a calibrated instrument. It is
recommended to use an approved dial pressure gauge for a
definitive reading.
Housed in rugged composite case. Suitable for inflating tyres
on cars, vans and 4x4s. Powered by a reliable, heavy-duty
motor. Integral gauge reads up to 20bar/300psi. Supplied with
plug for use in vehicle accessory socket. Accessory kit,
